K.G Domestic & Commercial Cleaning Services

1. Cleaning Services

  • K.G Domestic & Commercial Cleaning Services has a 2-hour minimum charge regardless of how long a job may take
  • The Service will be for such cleaning duties as agreed between you and K.G Domestic & Commercial Cleaning Services
  • All Cleaning products and equipment needed to service your property is provided by K.G Domestic & Commercial Cleaning Services
  • At any time prior to or during your service, if the cleaner feels there is a safety issue, they can terminate the service at their discretion
  • At K.G Domestic & Commercial Cleaning Services we do not offer maid services, such washing including hang out washing, ironing, changing of bedding, making beds, cleaning fridges inside)
  • As Cleaners of KG Domestic and Commercial cleaning services we do NOT move furniture, this is Wi45 issue and can put ourselves at risk of injury

2. Customer Responsibilities

  • The customer will provide a safe working environment for the Cleaner to perform the service
  • The Customer will leave access unobstructed to those areas of the property requiring the service
  • The Customer will provide the cleaner access to all service utilities, including hot and cold water, electricity, and rubbish bins, as needed to complete service

3. Payment

  • The Customer agree’s to pay at completion of service
  • Payments are to be paid VIA Cash or bank transfer referring to the details on the invoice sent after service completed
  • Direct deposits must be paid prior to the next scheduled weekly or fortnightly service, if the service is on going
  • Tax Invoices are provided for all services carried out by K.G Domestic & Commercial Cleaning Services

4. Cancellation fee's

  • Customers are to advise K.G Domestic Commercial Cleaning Services of cancellation of any booked service within 24 hours prior service commencement, fail to do so will in-occur 50% of the service being charged to the customer

5. Late Payment fee

  • K.G Domestic & Commercial Cleaning Services prides itself on accurate quotes. We will always confirm the exact price of the service before commencing the clean on the day.
  • If a service is requested outside of the original quote (e.g addition of an oven or window clean) you will be informed of any extra cost before work commences

6. Quotations

7. Changes to days or time of service

  • Any changes to the service originally agreed between K.G Domestic & Commercial Cleaning Services and the customer must be advised as soon as possible, we need at least 24 hours notice if possible
  • If time allows K.G Domestic Commercial Cleaning Services may agree to provide any additional on that same day. Otherwise, a day and time that suits both can be agreed on. For the best outcome please call or message a day or so ahead to make sure your needs can be met

8. Changes to scope of services

  • Any changes to the service originally agreed to between K.G Domestic & Commercial Cleaning Service and the customer must be advised, and the price agreed on, prior to the services commencing

9. Complaints

  • Customers must report any dissatisfaction with service provided within 24 hours of completion of the service. K.G Domestic & Commercial Cleaning Services will endeavour to resolve the problem quickly and efficiently

10. Your Details/Personal Information

  • K.G Domestic & Commercial Cleaning Services agree not share any information provided by the customer with any third party not directly involved in the provision of the service (Unless required to do so by law)

11. No Locked in Contract

  • At K.G Domestic & Commercial Cleaning Services, we are only good as our last clean. The Customer is not locked into any contracts with regards to regular cleaning services. At any time should the customer wish to cancel their regular cleaning service, please contact K.G Domestic & Commercial Cleaning Services as soon as possible, we believe in excellent communication. And if there is anything we can do more to help the customer feel happy and relaxed when we walk into their home, please let us know
